Hello! I am a health, wellness, and fitness coach. I partner with ambitious people who want to advance their level of health and athletic performance while also succeeding in their career and family life. I use empathy, science, and design thinking strategies to help clients find creative ways to balance achievement and happiness.
I am former bioengineer, and I like to use words/techniques/images/diagrams from engineering, science, biology, human performance, and design thinking in my coaching materials.
