Donut logo

C'est ce que Donut Central recherchait dans leur logo design

Bold, simple.
Some example (attached) are some of my ideas. The yellow donut example I like the integration of the cup/donut of coffee as an "o" and blends into the"n".
The D and C overlapping I like how the 2 intersect and kind of makes the hole of the donut.
Not tied to any colors but must be highly rememberable. May add text/slogan like "Handmade Gourmet Donuts" but I think less is more for a logo.
