Morpher logo relaunch - modernisation and revamp of existing logo

C'est ce que Morpher - and possibly "folding helmet tech" or "Folding Helmet Technology" recherchait dans leur logo design

I want a logo from 2012 to be redesigned/updated for a relaunch of an innovative and award winning folding bicycle and scooter helmet.
The original design was created by a DesignCrowd project and I would like it to be revamped without losing the (look and) feel of the brand.
