Basketball program needs a logo

I need a logo for my basketball program called Take Over Basketball.
I offer skill training for ages 10-22 and I also run a youth skills/games program. Would like a logo that can work for both. I would like to see designs with the primary colors being black and white with potentially an orange accent color. Looking for a bold look that is simple and easy to read from afar, Take Over on top with Basketball underneath, would like to have the logo closed in some sort of shape.
