Need a logo for my defense tech consulting firm

I need a logo and business cards for my new company. I am starting a consulting company for modern, fast moving tech companies trying to break into the federal defense market. I am looking for a clean, modern design. black and white with a splash of neon (or something bright).
I need two versions, one with black text and a white background and one with white text and a black background.
