TRIC Agency - Logo Design for Event / Music Industry Agency

C'est ce que TRIC recherchait dans leur logo design

I'm looking for a logo for my own business that I just started this month. We're mainly providing services for music artists/bands, that includes the following areas:
- artist management
- tourmanagement / on the road
- production management
- creative / concept direction, branding
- all fields of promotion & communication

The idea for the company's name comes from the place in an old tv series (One Tree Hill), so it shouldn't be too close to the TRIC logo they created for that place - although I really like the idea of having a flash in the logo as well.
