Wine Company Logo Design - "Perspectiviti"

C'est ce que Perspectiviti recherchait dans leur logo design

Need a logo for a wine company named "Perspectiviti"... the company's objective is to bring a different perspective to viticulture, so I'd like to have a logo that communicates those 2 points clearly. I've attached my initial concepts that clearly need to be refined, but I'm very open to considering other options as well so long as they play along the perspective & winemaking theme.
