C'est ce que Kirin recherchait dans leur logo design

I am looking for a logo for a coffee shop. I want it to have a modern and minimalist style. Have a strong and quality impression. Kirin is an Asian mythological being but there are many ugly images on the internet and I am looking for something original and minimalist for a coffee shop. The name could be "Kirin Coffee" or "Kirin Cafe". Ideal a logo that is good for white backgrounds and also in black. Thanks!
