C'est ce que Investor Helpers recherchait dans leur logo design

My Logo is attached (see print materials). I lost the electronic copy years ago when my computer crashed. I need it re-created just like the pictures show. Thanks.
This is for a real estate home rehab Investment Company.
I want one of the submissions to be this exact design. Feel free to send different design concepts for consideration. If I see something I like better I may change the logo entirely.
