National Health Insurance company needs a logo design for outdoor apparel

We need a logo design for a company based in Florida called LoxleyWears - an apparel line that expresses the love & appreciation for nature & its landscapes. The Parent company is Loxley Enterprises (see images) which provides health insurance to healthy individuals, small businesses, contractors, etc. We would like to see designs that use outdoor/natural colors. The final design should convey being grounded in Nature & landscapes that invoke emotion. DO NOT use the Parent company logo as a baseline, to duplicate/replicate/fabricate in anyway.
