need a new logo for a capital investment firm called "Kumo Capital" which mostly does real estate. The logo should be edgy, modern, sleek, and sexy. it could potentially be creative in how it incorporates the "K" in the logo. If you want to add a building shape please make it CLEVER
and Subtle. We would like the logo to be CLEVER and SEXY. I've added some examples of logos that we've liked. We LIKE the use of negative space. We also would like ONE (1) accent color, maybe a piece of the "K" is an accent color.
Font should not be old, it should be Sleek and modern.
