C'est ce que NO QUARTER recherchait dans leur logo design

Need help designing a logo for a fishing boat. The logo will be cut out of colored vinyl, layered, them applied to the boat. any shading must be large.
Design cannot be complicated. As it is a boat name, it must be easy to read from a far. See attached image of boat. The logo will be placed at the rear of the boat. No boat in logo. There is an attached image of flag that says, “NO QUARTER”. I really like that layout.
Overall logo must be separated. Txt on top, image below. Very simple. No background/fill color. Possibly an established date.
Color Scheme: Black and White. Thinking thin black outline on all and white interior. Possibly have flamingo skull be pink with black outline. This might be difficult because the beak naturally has some black on the tip. Want it to be clear and simple.
Txt: NO QUARTER – txt to be arched above image on a single line. Open to suggestion on txt font. See examples in attachments.
