Construction/carpentry company needs a great logo design

C'est ce que Visco Construction recherchait dans leur logo design

Visco Construction has been providing many aspects of construction to home owners since 1989. I'm taking over my father business and need a logo refresh. We do everything from replacing windows and doors, to tile work, custom cabinetry, remodeling of kitchens and baths, remodeling of outdoor decks and much more.

I really like minimal/clean logos and would love to see a great use of negative space if possible. I also like a well done emblem style logo as well. I would like the that we've been in business since 1989 apart of the logo somewhere. I like orange, reds, charcoal colors, but I'm open to other colors.
