Ottawa Fire Services Dispatch Logo

C'est ce que Fire/Incendies, 911, Ottawa , also If possible: ("Never Seen, Always Heard" / "Jamais Vu, Toujours Entendu") recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a logo for our fire dispatch center. It needs to be on a Maltese cross, have a thin gold/yellow line through it (see photo for reference), (maybe make the yellow line in the form of audio waves), and we like the angry owl .. however a flaming howling wolf or flaming roaring lion is also an option Voir plus
