Logo Design for a Real Estate Syndication Company - This logo should be similar but not the same as the logo file shared (The one shared is to show you what I am looking for). No colors have been selected so feel free to use your own creativity. Simple colors such as all black would be fine. The main thing is to no be over the top but also be creative.
