C'est ce que ReachIT recherchait dans leur logo design

For my company ReachIT I need a logo.

After the logo, I will ask for a business card and a website.

ReachIT is a ICT company for hosting and designing Websites and developing Web Applications.

The logo should include text and a symbol.

It should be professional, but also modern/WEB2.0.
Want something that says quality & passion. The picture should be masculine and a bit shining.
Some keywords: connectivity, passion, recognition, professional

ReachIT can also be capitalized, but the "IT" should be (a little) distinct. I like round fonts.

I like shininess
Also a bit shadow, but that is not required.
