OPAL, new logo for the federation

C'est ce que OPAL, fédération des opérateurs télécom du Luxembourg recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a new logo (see existing logo attached) for an existing federation (www.opal.lu) based in Luxembourg. We are doing lobbying for the Telecom market. So, our main 'business' is to 'fight' against the monopoly hold by the 1st historical Telecom operator in Luxembourg and tell the State and other authorities that there are other Telco operators on the market.
This year we are celebrating our 15 years and we would like to revamp/change our logo and baseline (BUT not change the name 'OPAL'). The logo HAS TO BE changed, be more modern. The colors can also be different, but it's not mandatory.
The logo without the baseline should show clearly we are acting in the Telecom (mobile, landline (fixe phone), Internet, TV). Voir plus
