New Logo needed as two powerful companies now come together!

We need a logo design that incorporates the names and philosophies of 3 different companies in the health and education field. We would like to feature the strength of the 2 major companies Clinique PsySanté and KidzMpowered-TransformEnfant) , and promote them under a united banner. The umbrella company (Sunflower Health Center) can be represented graphically. We would like something simple, elegant, yet beautiful if possible. The logo can use some of its elements from its parent logos, but not necessarily. The colors we usually go with are yellow, blue, green but we are open to something more modern.
