Request for new logo design for GETS Energy

We would like a logo for GETS Energy, which offers energy advising and engineering services in British Columbia, Canada. We are a small, local, sustainable company focused on building a cleaner, brighter and no-carbon future. We would like to see designs that use the colours green, black, and white: the same colours as noted on our website, https://www.getsenergy.ca/. The logo should also work in black and white formats and the design should communicate a trusted company, offering expert advice with a backbone in sustainable values and energy-efficient home design. Clean, accessible, modern, innovative, sustainable.

We really like the look of the logo below as it seamlessly incorporates a lot of natural elements - though, it doesn't HAVE to be a raindrop: straight lines are great too! Something like it would be great but perhaps with a thicker, more accessible font.
