Challenge: Make cold self-storage units look cool!

Denny's Storage Company offers cold self-storage units but will likely expand into other types of storage in the future (heated, outdoor, and record storage). We have four locations and all have blue steel buildings with white roofs and doors. It's my parents business but they've never established a consistent logo or brand. The business is now transitioning to the kids/grandkids and we want to start with something fresh. We launched a new website about a year ago and most like the logo on our existing site but we want to explore other options. Please stay in the same color family/pallet on the new site: https://dennystorage.com/. Also, please include a nod or recognition to the business being established in 1977 . Overall goal is clean lines, contemporary styling, and easy to read. A lot of our business comes from our building signage. Current looks are attached. Voir plus
