Fishing Boat Name

C'est ce que The Big Dipper recherchait dans leur logo design

We would like a logo design for the name of our sportsman fishing boat. The color of the boat is ice blue. The name of the boat is "The Big Dipper." We would like to incorporate the silhouette of the fishing rod and reel bending and the constellation of the Big Dipper (Both must be included). The type of fishing rod we would like used is in the photos below. We would also like the name to be in the color ice blue (photo attached) to match the boat or another color that would go well.
