Consulting Service Business needs a logo design

C'est ce que BWS Consulting Services N.V. recherchait dans leur logo design

I am in need of a logo design for a newly established consulting business based in Suriname. This company is owned and operated by myself and I am working with other local companies to provide consulting services, specializing in business development, sales and marketing.

I would like to see designs such as the attached photo, using a circular wave, with a surrounding compass included. The layout should also be similar, with half of the compass matching in color to the BWS.

I would like to see different color variations also, however I would prefer that the wave remain blue.

I am open to various compass and waves designs, however I am looking to communicate an overall modern, sleek, minimalist look, that conveys professionalism without appearing too edgy.

I would also like the lettering to match the same modern appearance.
