C'est ce que Venue Museum District recherchait dans leur logo design

Looking for a logo to go on my property signage for an apartment community. I want the logo to look high end and elegant. The apartment community is in a very prestigious part of town near the Museum District. I DO NOT want logos of buildings or homes. I'd like to have two logos.
