Distribution company needs new logo

C'est ce que AMP; Authorized Murphy Partner recherchait dans leur logo design

I'm looking for a new logo for our business. You can see the attached file to get some idea and coloring. I would like to have AMP in the center of an open gear, with the A & P the blue in the Spindletop logo in the attached file, and the M to be the same color red as the M in the circle. Under the AMP in small print in black i want it to say "Authorized Murphy Partner". This company supplies electronic controls for high pressure compressors.
