My new business is a franchise consulting/brokerage firm that needs an identity package. Essentially, I work with prospective business owners to help them realize their dreams of financial independence and work/life balance by buying a franchise. I learn about the client, help them assess their interests, establish goals, and then present franchise opportunities that will help them reach their objectives. I become their trusted advisor and coach, helping them to build the life they want to have through business ownership. I need to be seen as credible, trustworthy, and professional, but this process should also be fun.
