Something that stands out and is creative yet simple .
Industrial looking (not cartoonish)
Something that shows the description without words ( including an excavator or bucket or something smart)
Logo to go on uniform, letterheads and possibly machines.
Attached below is one that i had done. It just needs tweaking to be more industrial. Or a completely different design.
