Compelling logo for podcast content disrupting the professional development industry

We need a logo design for a new podcast called Disruptive Discourse hosted by Dr. Joy. The podcast helps professionals find holistic success by focusing on content that improves four aspects of self: personal, physical, relational, and professional. We would like to see designs using colors #00AFAA, #131414, #EFF5F5, and Latienne Pro Bold font. The final design should be compelling to professionals, business leaders and CEOs.
