Modern family crest

C'est ce que Hoc Majorum Virtus recherchait dans leur logo design

I am looking for a modern interpretation of my family crest. The final design needs to include the key component elements of the traditional crest (i.e., a heart and 3 nails) and I have uploaded some historic examples.
