Logo for marriage of two companies

C'est ce que New Look by BDH recherchait dans leur logo design

We are purchasing an existing business and amalgamating it with our existing one but as a separate department. We would like a new logo to start off the rebranding process.

The business is a design studio that also offers products for interior and exterior renovations, cabinets, and renovation services.
