Corporate Advisory firm needs Company logo, and founder needs new LinkedIn background

C'est ce que 360 and a circle and a synonym for a founder? recherchait dans leur logo design

I need a logo design for a company based in Munich, Germany called "Founder360". It is an corporate / founder advisory firm focussing on C-Level corporate finance, M&A, financing, operational excellence advisory services in the Software Development / Software Product (SaaS) space.

The company is very founder centric (https://www.linkedin.com/in/ecfrerichs/) as he served in Investment Banking / PE / and as MD for Software companies. He also serves as Supervisory Board Member in Software companies.

The Company name relates to the services that shall be offered, i.e. 360 Degree C-Level/Founder support as “Sparringsparter” for the most relevant decisions founders/MDs need to make: M&A, Financing, Legal Structures, VC/PE communication and representation etc.

The logo shall reflect a trustworthy / serious connect between Technology/Software and the advisory services offered. I could imagine that the color blue could be at the center.
