Texas style bbq business

C'est ce que Texas Star BBQ recherchait dans leur logo design

I need a logo design for my new bbq business called Texas Star BBQ. The food is authentic Texas style bbq cooked low and slow. The emphasis is on cuts such as brisket, ribs etc cooked using real wood in a large offset smoker. My preference is for an emblem style logo. I'd favour the use of red and black colors.
