Apartment name and logo design!

C'est ce que ??? recherchait dans leur logo design

We are aquiring an apartment building and doing significant renovations to it with that, we are looking for a name and design for the side of the building, as well as a new color scheme that the design will encourage. We have included pictures of the building for reference - we are planning on repainting, so do not use red and white as your only color assumptions [in fact we would prefer not red].

The building is located in Fairbanks Alaska, between 10th and 11th streets and on Cushman street (we do not want to name after cushman street)

Any logo would have our company logo on it somewhere. We have included building pictures, and logo pictures for use in design development. Do NOT USE the name Tensen group in the proposed logo or apartment building name.

Is should be something like XTZ apartments, a tensen group company. The logo in that is the "xyz apartments"..
Do not use "XYZ apartments" your task is to come up with the NAME and LOGO.
