Bus tour company logo design update

C'est ce que PREMIUM TOURS AND TRANSPORTATION recherchait dans leur logo design

We need an update to our bus tour company logo. We would like it to be professional, sleek and versatile. Please read the following:

1. The word "PREMIUM" needs to be at least 6" tall when the logo is printed at 20" tall
2. Make a logo that looks more modern/ cool then our current logo
3. Must be very legible from a distance/ not too much going on (it is going to be printed on the side of a bus)
4. The logo should be black
5. Logo should be no larger than 20"x35"
6. Attached pic 1 is our old logo, attached pic 2 is the bus we are going to put it on Voir plus
