Real estate business card and logo!

C'est ce que Chelsea Visser Real Estate recherchait dans leur logo design

Hello! I need a logo designed for my real estate business. I would like it to include my name "Chelsea Visser" with the subtitle "Real Estate". I would like something clean and crisp. I would also be open to using my initials. This logo will be used for my social media, signs, business cards, etc. I've attached a few I like.

I also need my business cards designed using this logo. There are some simple state regulations(attached) and I've attached the brand guidelines and logos that need to be included. I don't want a lot of orange, I attached a couple examples I like for inspiration :) I've also attached a couple headshot that can be used. I would like my pic and personal logo on the cards.
