Logo Design for New Community: Bluestem

C'est ce que BLUESTEM recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a logo for a new home community that will be selling new homes, have a beautiful park and walking trails.
The logo needs to have an emblem AND typography spelling out Bluestem.
Bluestem is a plant so please feel free to reference that for the design.
The logo needs to be easy to recognise and not violate any trademarks. We need to be legible digitally and on a community monument.
