Minimalist Logo for personal online brand

I'd need the logo to be:
- minimalist (i.e. not too complex, simple lines)
- Fit well in a circle
- distinctive
- Some color is fine, would like to emphasize orange / red beard and bald head . It would be great if the design could be represented in monotone (i.e. black and white too). Voir plus
