Expert Security - Logo Needed

C'est ce que Expert Security Important. We are taking out E.L. Only Expert Security recherchait dans leur logo design

I am an agency. We designed this logo for the client but it got rejected from the government because he is not allowed to put a star in the logo. We also can't make it look like a Police Badge. He likes incorporating our provincial border and flag (which is New Brunswick, Canada) He wants to keep the Expert Security part as is but we need to logo.
