Vectorisation of two graphics

We have two PNG files: one of a logo, one of a simplistic product sketch. Both are not scalable. We need expeditious redrawing of these within the next 10 (ten) hours into vector files that can be scaled indefinitely (for a conference booth). Both files are attached hereto.
