Electrical Services Company (Needs a new logo) (Australia)

I am looking for a creative unique design for a Electrical Company based in Australia. I am after something different. A cartoon to suit my business name, something that stands out from the crowd and makes you look twice. I want to stay away from the typical 3 letter logo. I would like the cartoon to be wearing our uniform colors (hi vis Blue) which are attached to this document below.

I specialize in Electrical, Air conditioning, Solar, Data, CCTV.

I am open to new ideas.
