Northern Exposure Logo for t-shirts or Hats

Design a logo I can use for hat embroidery or on a t-shirt screen print. Could use on business cards or letterheads. I have a sample drawing but open to ideas. The color sample is our current 4 logos I want to change. I like a circle type logo similar to my hand drawing especially for a tshirt or hat. Some Company logos are good: REI Outdoors, Sota Clothing, up North, Love you melon, Great Lakes Clothing.... Most likely White Screen Printing onto faded green sweatshirts or washed look hats.
