New logo for Hawaii Realtor to use on website and print

I am a realtor in Hawaii and looking for a logo to use that is simple but still communicates its in Hawaii. I represent buyers and sellers on personal home transactions. I don't want it to focus on my full name but incorporating my initials PM in some way could work. Maybe overlapping the letters so its more artistic than legible?
