C'est ce que The Esplanade Motel and below Fukusui Tepanyaki Restaurant recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a New Illuminated light Box Sign. See size in attached document and pics of current sign.
The light box needs to contain "The Esplanade Motel"and then in one third of the box at the bottom promote the restaurant on site. I want white text on black without the logo. Esplanade to be prominent word with elongated text to maximise text size for maximum visibility from a distance. Voir plus
