Create Alternative Version of Company Logo

C'est ce que Amplify Federal recherchait dans leur logo design

The attached logo was created for me and I am 90% happy with it. I like that when you look closely, there is an "A" in the middle of the sound wave design.

What I don't like this:
1) The color scheme.
2) The fact that the "A" in the sound wave does not match the A in "Amplify"
