Logo for Student Housing Rental Company

I am looking for someone to create a minimalistic logo design for a student rental housing company. We rent houses to students at colleges in the U.S. Please look at the prior logo created called "Ron's Houses" for the color scheme (green and white or green and yellow. This will be called "Jerry's Houses." A few variations of the color scheme would be great. Looking for something simple (maybe a house with the text "Jerry's Houses" or something along those lines).
