Company programming web applications needs new logo

C'est ce que appertura recherchait dans leur logo design

Our company is called "appertura" and we deal mostly with programming web applications.
Our current logo can be seen at http://www.appertura.com/ and we would like to do a visual update or complete redesign. The colours of the new logo should play nicely on a white background (but should be possible to place it on a dark background as well).
