C'est ce que Joyce Agri Ltd. recherchait dans leur logo design

Hi,
We are looking for a design which represents our business, Agriculture. We are a grain producer as well as machinery sales. We would like the logo as per the attached but with a full circle which represents the globe, the top left side yellow/red for the sun but no sunrays. Then the green plant as the attached or similar, and the bottom right section in brown lines which represent the plough furrows. If possible between the plant and furrows we could have a blue stripe to represent water and then a blue to greenish outer band to represent the globe.
I can draw the image out if requested, please let me know your views.
