Help a new build and rennovation property company come up with a logo

C'est ce que Marshborough Properties Ltd or MPL recherchait dans leur logo design

Hi,

We need a new logo for our company which deals in property rennovation and new builds. We are a holding company so once a project is complete we will put them on the rental market. We don't have any strict guidelines to go by so feel free to be creative.

Things to think about.

It needs to have either Marshborough Properties Ltd or MPL in the logo, A logo that uses negative space could work well.

We deal in refurbishing properties so a logo that depicts the evolution form dilapidated to new and elegant could work.
