Plumbing firm logo for Central Vic Plumbing

C'est ce que Central Vic Plumbing (and/or read description) recherchait dans leur logo design

I need a logo for my plumbing company CENTRAL VIC PLUMBING. I am hoping for perhaps a logo and text. But a combination of both, or one or the other will be considered.

The main aspects of my business are solar hot water, roofing, water and gas work. I would like a professional, yest friendly/family oriented logo. It does not need to incoroporate any or all of the design criteria, and is really an open slate.

My business is only new and is quite small as I am the owner and employee. I interact with customers (or ppotentials clients); and do the work. My primary advertising will be on my work vehicle, so I need good exposure.

I have already had a business associate help design a logo and was happy with it's design, but feel it's missing something, perhaps 'pop', but neither of us can put our finger on it.
