Logo Design for cocktail Bar

C'est ce que the lab cocktails &wines recherchait dans leur logo design

We need a logo design for a new cocktail & wine bar based in Greece. The name of the bar is " the lab" . The bar has a europeans/soho/NewYork feel to it, with dark colors, wood furnitures, modern trimmings (lights, pipes, etc mainly in stainless) in a 200 year old space with mainly light color stone walls.
The bar will be a cocktail and wine bar, with a selective menu of mussels and tapas finger food.
The name "the lab" derives from the style of our master mixologist, who creates his own infused liquors and uses them to create unique signature cocktails. Also the "lab"-ish feeling will be reflected in our glass and bar ware which are mainly glass tubes, lab bottles, flasks ,beakers etc.
We are marrying old and new in the interior design, and also traditional with new cocktail receipies to create or own ... it will be a place that people should feel free and be their selves and enjoy good company and good drinks.
