Convialis needs 2 business logo's

C'est ce que optional: convialis recherchait dans leur logo design

logo 1: I would require a new logo as an ICT consultant. Idea I have in mind is around a spotlight glow in which my customers can enter. colour scheme Turquoise.

logo 2: citytrip appartments

Needs to have the same feel/style as the first logo as I will be looking to set up a new website as well. Logo that supports idea of letting appartments for short period only.

FYI - I will be happy to pay individually for both logo's - but as I'm new, I want to sense how this will pan out.
